  • After 24 hours, your order will enter the production process and can no longer be canceled or modified.

  • The item is not what you ordered (wrong model, size, or design)

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Must include original packaging

  • A receipt or order confirmation is required

  • You may be asked to provide clear photos of the issue via email or live chat before approval

💸 Refund Process

  1. We will send you a return shipping label via email.

  2. Print and attach the label, then return the product to us.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

🔁 Replacement for Incorrect Items
